At Oliver Haven, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Returns & Refund Policy carefully before placing your order. By shopping with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns

We only accept returns in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged or defective item

  • You received the wrong product

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or delivery slip) is required

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected] with the following details:

  • Your full name and contact information

  • Order ID and delivery date

  • Clear photos of the product showing the issue (if damaged or incorrect)

Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

Return Approval and Pickup

  • Once your return request is approved, we will arrange for a reverse pickup where available

  • If reverse pickup is not available in your area, you may be asked to ship the item back using a local courier

  • We do not cover the return shipping cost unless the error was on our part

Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges

  • However, if the return is approved and the original product is unavailable, you may choose a replacement of equal or lesser value

  • If the replacement is unavailable, we will offer a refund (if applicable)

Refunds

As we operate on a Cash on Delivery (COD) model:

  • Refunds are only processed in cases where the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect and a replacement is not possible

  • Refunds will be issued via bank transfer or another suitable method, as coordinated with the customer

  • Refunds may take up to 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products that have been used or altered

  • Items returned without original packaging or tags

  • Orders returned without prior approval from our team

  • “Change of mind” purchases
