We only accept returns in the following cases:
You received a damaged or defective item
You received the wrong product
To be eligible for a return:
You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or delivery slip) is required
To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected] with the following details:
Your full name and contact information
Order ID and delivery date
Clear photos of the product showing the issue (if damaged or incorrect)
Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
Once your return request is approved, we will arrange for a reverse pickup where available
If reverse pickup is not available in your area, you may be asked to ship the item back using a local courier
We do not cover the return shipping cost unless the error was on our part
We currently do not offer direct exchanges
However, if the return is approved and the original product is unavailable, you may choose a replacement of equal or lesser value
If the replacement is unavailable, we will offer a refund (if applicable)
As we operate on a Cash on Delivery (COD) model:
Refunds are only processed in cases where the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect and a replacement is not possible
Refunds will be issued via bank transfer or another suitable method, as coordinated with the customer
Refunds may take up to 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Products that have been used or altered
Items returned without original packaging or tags
Orders returned without prior approval from our team
